Oregon Wildflower Honey
Swarm's Wildflower honey is a bouquet of flowers in a jar! Honeybee's pollinate 2 million flowers just to make one jar!
Beekeeper’s tasting notes: Warm, rich caramel flavor, this honey is also rich in minerals. Wildflower honey's flavor is derived from pollen of both trees and flowers that the bees pollinate in spring. This includes maple trees, dandelions, cottonwood, apple, cherry, plum, herbs, and flowers. It's is often used to minimize allergies.
All of our honey is raw and unfiltered, and it contains some beneficial pollen and propolis. There are absolutely no additives.
Swarm Portland works to protects bees and pollinators by creating more urban bee habitat. We support a collective of Oregon beekeepers who harvest honey from sustainable and/or organic farms. None of the beekeepers we work with move their hives for pollination fees. They all place the top priority on healthy bees and quality honey.
